By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched. We accept Bank Transfer, PayPal, Amazon Gift Cards, and Apple Gift Cards.

We ship to the UK and worldwide. UK orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. International delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

You have 30 days from receipt to return an item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

All products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase. This does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Our liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
